There are two sessions, each with three rehearsals and one concert. Rehearsals are Thursday evenings, 7:00-9:00 pm, at Grace United Methodist Church, 11485 S. Ridgeview in Olathe, Kansas. Participants may enroll for one or both sessions; see below for enrollment information.

Session 1: Rehearsals May 28, June 4 and 11, 7:00-9:00 pm
Performance: Thursday June 18, 7:00 pm

The Sunflower Ragtime Orchestra is enrolling community musicians now for its

Summer 2026 season!

Rehearse and perform popular orchestral music of the early 1900s with other adult amateur musicians! Openings for flute/piccolo, clarinet, cornet/trumpet, trombone, tuba, percussion, and all strings.

The group rehearses from 7 to 9 pm Thursday evenings from May 28 to July 9 at:

Grace United Methodist Church, 11485 S. Ridgeview, Olathe KS

Two fun sessions, each concluding with a performance: Session 1 at Mahaffie Farmstead, 1200 E. Kansas City Rd., Olathe KS; Session 2 at Grace UMC.

$50 for either session or $90 for both
